wir haben uns schon ne Weile nicht mehr gemeldet. Auch wir grübeln, wie das IRGENDWO mit der COVID-19 Pandemie umgehen soll und wollen einen schönen Sommer mit euch nicht aufgeben.
Der Senatorin für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Mobilität, Stadtentwicklung und Wohnungsbau vielleicht auch nicht, denn ihr Team hat noch vor dem Shutdown alle Räder in Bewegung gesetzt hat, um uns eine unbefristete Baugenehmigung zu erteilen. Dafür ein riesengroßes DANKESCHÖN an die Senatorin und ihre Crew, das Bauamt, den Beirat der Neustadt, sowie an die ZwischenZeitZentrale Bremen und speziell Julian Essig für die Unterstützung bei der Antragstellung!
Nichtsdestotrotz muss sich auch das IRGENDWO an die Spielregeln für so eine Situation halten und erstmal die Füße stillhalten. Trotzdem erlaubt uns dies langfristigere Planung und Raum für viele schöne neue Projekte, sobald dieses Chaos vorbei ist.
Wir hoffen, euch ganz bald wiederzusehen und basteln hier und da, natürlich mit ausreichend Abstand, schonmal ein bisschen rum!

we haven’t spoken in a while. We are also wondering how the IRGENDWO should deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and we don’t want to give up a nice summer with you.
Maybe the senator for climate protection, environment, mobility, city development and building doesn’t want to either, because just before the shutdown her team put all wheels in motion to give us an unlimited building permit. For that a huge THANK YOU to the senator and her crew, the construction authority, the advisory council of Neustadt, as well as the ZwischenZeitZentrale Bremen and especially Julian Essig for support with the application!
Nevertheless, the IRGENDWO has to stick to the rules for such a situation and keep its feet still for now. Even so this gives us room for long-term planning and space for many beautiful new projects, once this chaos is over.
We hope to see you again very soon, in the meantime we will tinker around with appropriate distance.
