Lala has been doing Hatha yoga since childhood (12 years old), further on she wanted to develop her practice a bit further for herself and did a 500h yoga teacher course focused in Ashtanga Yoga.
After India she travelled to California where she was assisting in a yoga studio mainly dedicating to Ashtanga Mysore Yoga. Since 2015 she has been teaching Astanga Yoga.
So come around and please bring YOUR OWN YOGA MAT and a DONATION (minimum 5€) for Lala.
